HIGH QUALITY PERSONAL TRAINING, DEDICATED TO AFFORDABLE HEALTH AND WELLNESS.

Working with mostly people in the 35 plus age range for the last 15 years, I have been lucky enough to see people grow from strength to strength in their fitness regime, and how my clients deal with how they find time to fit their new lifestyle in their sometimes busy work and home schedules. In my years of personal training I have leaned towards building muscle and giving clients a more toned appearance, not necessary looking like a body builder but giving people shape, they can see the muscles growing their waist getting smaller but not necessary a lot of weight loss, its not always the weight loss, its more about how you feel inside, most of us will feel if my clothes fit better, i’ll feel better in myself, and this leads to positive feelings towards working out and staying with a healthy lifestyle.

Not the boring repetitions you may think

1-1 training is not all about me telling you 3x10 of each exercise, I personally find that SO boring, and if I don’t want to train you in a way you will find boring, so ill teach you some advanced resistance training techniques such as The pyramid system, Forced or assisted sets, Rest and pause, Pre-exhustion and drop sets. These sets will breakdown your muscles and help with the right nutririon make you more toned quicker than the normal boring 3x10.

Motivation, what’s your readiness to change?

Working with my clients to find out what stage of motivation they are at helps me to determine what sort of workout is the correct one, whether the client is at a pre-contemplation stage or the maintenance stage, the workout will not be the same, everyone is different and we all need a push at the right time to get us going again. I am the same I sometimes need a push to get my mojo going again.

Goal setting!

why do I need to set fitness goals

Goal setting helps you gain clarity about what you want to achieve. By setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals, you can define what you want to accomplish and create a roadmap to get there. Clarity about your goals allows you to focus your efforts and resources effectively, increasing your chances of success.
